At viviid coaching we care, just like you. Our mission is to coach sustainability leaders to help them scale up their impact for environmental and societal sustainability.
We are a boutique coaching social enterprise aiming to make the world live in better harmony of people, planet & profit. We, the three founders – Mathilde, Nick and Peggy – deeply care about people and chose a business model that puts purpose before profit. We are proud to be part of the B-Corp Network (certification pending) of reputable companies who aim to use business as a force for good. We are also part of the ‘1% for the planet initiative’ and parts of our profit goes to our scholarship programme and coaching for financially less resourced leaders.
Our coaches are handpicked professionals, all certified on a minimum professional level (PCC) by ICF (International Coaching Federation), with advanced education and an extensive corporate background. They undergo regular supervision and re-accreditation with a certifying body and are active members of various coaching organisations.
With decades of experience working in complex organisations around the world, our coaches have helped hundreds of leaders from all around the world to accelerate their impact for good.
